Do I have to book through a specific company or can I book through an airline?
You have to call the 800 # listed on the offer in order to book. You can call Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm (EST).

What information do I need to have when I call to book my airfare?
You will need to have the certificate with you so you can provide the reference code, the serial number and the expiration date.

Can I book additional airfare when I use my discount?
Yes, you can book as many tickets as you would like. The discount can be applied to up to 4 tickets and the card is re-usable for up to $100 in discounts.

Do I get $100 off of any ticket, regardless of how much the ticket cost?
The amount of the discount depends on the amount of the ticket. For domestic airfare, if the ticket cost is between $200 and $299 then the discount will be $25, if the ticket cost is between $300 and $399 then the discount is $50, if the ticket cost is between $400 and $499 the discount is $75 and if the ticket is $500 or over the discount is $100.

If I book my ticket and then plans change can I get a refund?
All discounted tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-endorsable and are subject to change fees. Any refund permitted will be for the amount of the ticket, less any applicable fees, penalties or service charges imposed by the airlines.
